These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rules applicable to any order placed with LAYÂN Selection. They are intended to ensure a transparent and secure transaction for our customers by specifying the rights and obligations of each party.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and accept them without reservation. Sales are exclusively available to customers located in the European countries listed on the website at the time of ordering.

1.2 Orders & Payments

  • All orders are confirmed by email after payment has been processed.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other secure payment gateway available on the website.
  • Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
    We are committed to processing each order as quickly as possible, within the limits of our logistical capacity.

1.3 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Products are shipped exclusively within Europe, using the delivery service chosen by us.
  • LAYÂN Selection cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (carrier, customs, force majeure).

1.4 Returns & Refunds

  • You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of your order, in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. During this period, you may return unopened and unused products for a refund.
  • For any issue with your order (defective, damaged, or non-compliant product), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued after verification of the returned product.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.

1.5 Liability & Warranty

  • LAYÂN Selection guarantees the quality and compliance of its cosmetic products.
    We cannot be held liable for improper use or use that does not follow the instructions provided on the product.
  • Customers must read labels and recommendations carefully before use.

1.6 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French and European law.
  • In the event of a dispute, an attempt at mediation is required before any legal action may be taken.
